Each piece is lovingly handmade by the Flowering Desert Project a WFTO (World Fair Trade Organisation), which provides training and fairly paid work for women from rural communities in Tamil Nadu, Southern India.

This project has seen the community flourish as more women are equipped to make choices and improve the quality of life for themselves and their families.
