Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your package.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference until the refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
